Automatic Screw Capping Machine

The automatic screw capping machine is a versatile, efficient and compact model. The SVSC60 / 100/150/200 model is suitable for closing preformed caps on bottles of various sizes. Self-supporting stainless steel frame structure with height adjustment system. The machine is Built on a strong welded steel frame, it is completely wrapped in stainless steel sheet metal and doors.The previously filled container that travels over the conveyor is fed to the infeed star wheel, which carries the container under the sealing head in the next step.

 

The rotating head, on the other hand, receives the cap from the cap star wheel and the cap filling from the output. A chute bowl where the body and neck of the container are placed under the rotating head and the sealing head is completely sealed. The swivel head is designed to seal the container according to a preset torque. Capping machines are suitable for applications in pharmaceuticals, foods, pesticides, chemicals, beverages, liquors, and other packaging industries with low production requirements due to automated online operation.

Process

Bottles are continuously fed from upstream machine to the flat conveyor belt of Screw cap sealing machine and move further through in feed worm for correct spacing between two bottles and transferred to the in feed star wheel.
Screw caps kept in Vibratory unit automatically orient caps in right direction before entering into delivery cap Shute.
And Bottle /Jars is entering below jaw type sealing head (with torque adjustment) and bottle will be sealing perfectly.
After sealing operation, sealing head moves upward with help of cam and bottle /jars move with exit star wheel and Move further on conveyor belt for next operation.
